$80 per person* (lodging not included in that price). Conference fees, meals, and t-shirt included in registration price. This price is to be paid upon arrival at Student Conference.
Reservations are completed by calling Ridgecrest Conference Center at 800.588.7222 and submitting a deposit payment of your first night’s stay for each room that you are reserving. Rooms may be reserved without submitting full registration, but registration must be completed with rooming lists no later than 2 weeks prior to event. The final balance of your registration (the second night’s stay and $80 registration fee) is due upon arrival at the conference.
Ridgecrest Conference Center will e-mail you a registration confirmation along with a Rooming List for you to fill out no later than March 5, 2021.

Ridgecrest’s standard cancellation policy* is in place for non-Covid cancellations, but for any churches or individuals cancelling due to Covid exposure we are able to fully refund the payment.
* RCC’s standard (non-Covid related) cancellation policy: Individual reservation deposit required is one night’s room rental. This deposit is refundable less a $10/room processing fee if canceling 60 or more days prior to arrival, one-half refundable if canceling 30-59 days prior to arrival and non-refundable if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival.
