Cody was saved and began following Jesus when he was 12 years old. He felt the call to serve in ministry as a 17 year old while attending HBA Student Conference in 2005. Since then he has served in various ministry capacities including preaching/teaching, music ministry, youth ministry, local/national/international mission partnerships, and discipleship groups. He now serves as the Lead Pastor at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Jonesborough, TN.
He has been married to wife Amber for 13 years and together they have 4 children (Elijah, Azariah, Asher and Anna).
